Our founder, Simone Shand-Irving, has spent over 25 years in customer service and hospitality, working with world-renowned brands including Land Rover, Mercedes, and BMW, as well as in luxury hospitality environments. From greeting high-net-worth clients to managing premium guest experiences, she learned early on that true luxury isn’t just about aesthetics — it’s about how people feel.

With a background in sociology and a natural ability to connect with people, Simone recognised that what guests remember most is the atmosphere, the details, and the memories created. This passion led her to explore her entrepreneurial side through ventures such as Fruiture Juicery and luxury pop-up concepts, where she honed her eye for design, presentation, and creating experiences that spark joy.

In 2025, Simone brought all of this together to launch Quality Tier Events — a brand built on the pillars of quality, luxury, and unforgettable memories. Today, the company specialises in luxury picnics, bespoke pop-ups, and intimate event styling that transform ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences.
